Live Streaming Guide

This is a guide for our live streaming viewers. Our live streaming is accomplished through Facebook Live. If something goes wrong before or during the live stream, try the steps below. If the issue is still not resolved, feel free to contact us through the live chat box or by filling out our contact form. You may also reach out to us directly via Facebook.

General Troubleshooting

1. If live-streaming won’t work, please refresh your page by pressing F5 or your browser’s refresh icon.
